Twelve things before we can start on your site

• Sign the proposal and pay the depositCountersigned PDF and the 40% deposit. We start the Monday after both arrive.
• Book the kickoff callSixty minutes with everyone who will give feedback later. Use the booking link in our email.
• Name one decision makerOne person signs off each round. Committees double the timeline, every time.

• Add us at your domain registrarA collaborator invite on the account, so we can point the domain on launch day. Never email passwords.
• Add us to your hostingA team invite on your hosting account, or tell us you want us to set one up in your name.
• Share analytics accessViewer access to your analytics property and any ad accounts you want on the new site.

• Send brand assetsLogo as SVG or EPS, brand colors, and any fonts you hold a license for. A PDF of the old guidelines helps.
• Deliver first-draft copyOne document, one heading per page, in your words. Rough is fine, we edit. Lorem ipsum is not.
• Upload photographyProduct and team photos at full resolution in the shared folder, named by the page they belong to.

Launch 0/3

• Review the staging linkOne round of consolidated feedback from the decision maker, within five working days.
• Approve the legal pagesPrivacy policy, terms, cookie text. Your lawyer or ours, but someone reads them.
• Confirm the launch windowA weekday morning when nobody is on holiday and you can answer the phone for two hours.

When all twelve are ticked

We send the kickoff agenda within one working day and the first design round starts the following Monday. A question about any step: reply on it and Priya answers.
